“Very easy and pleasant to deal with. I placed my order by phone because I was unable to order via the website due to limited stocks of the item being held. The actual item I initially wanted wasn't available but an acceptable alternative was. The item arrived very promptly and without any issues or delays.”

“I have dealt with Simply Bearings for a number of years, and they are my first choice for bearings, belts etc. Over the years their service has never faltered, the website is easy to use, with a large choice of everything they stock at very competitive prices, and very prompt delivery. Finally, you mention improvement, I doubt if that is possible, since perfect is just that, perfect. Ps. The rest of this questionnaire is irrelevant, since I have never needed to contact them, I just order on line, and the goods arrive, simples.”
