“Easy to use intuitive website, great range of products and good prices. Items took a little longer to arrive than I had thought but delivery times were still totally acceptable.”

Hi Ross, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your 4-star review and for your kind words. We pride ourselves on our end-to-end customer service; we are constantly improving our systems and updating our website to offer a wider range of products and provide a better, more efficient customer experience. You opted for free post which we advertise as a 2-7 working day service. I can see your parcel was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Should you require your items sooner, we do offer a wide range of shipping methods including next-day carriers but there is a cost for this. Kindest Regards Danny

“Nice range of products, good service. Only issue is that they don't have a lot of parts in stock. If they have what you want, definitely use them”

“Amazing help from Billie Annabeth. I got what is apparently the nearest (specially manufactured) size belt - in fact two of trhem. Frustratingly they just do not fit my Chester 920 lathe. I hope to be able to get around this by adjusting the motor-mounts.”
