“If Simply Bearings can deliver excellent service, why can't other suppliers? It isn't Rocket Science is it? Brilliant! You made me look fantastic and my customer was stunned by your service and not without a little help from Royal Mail, without whose help your service couldn't be delivered. Team effort always wins! “I phoned up and my call was taken by a extremely friendly guy called Chris he was so helpful and knowledgable. I know this sounds over the top but seriously it was one of the best service I’ve received over the phone. If I had to employ someone to answer the phone and answer questions, he would be the guy. Thank you it’s very rare that I leave a good review these days as not many people are very helpful at all but chris gets a 10/10 from us at Encase and we are definitely going to be returning to place more orders”

“Ordered a couple of water pump drive belts. The website was very clear and it was easy to identify the correct belt (at a quarter of the cost quoted elsewhere). They arrived within 2 days, complete with paperwork to return them if they didn't fit. Excellent service.”
