“I needed a large o'ring for my alternator. The only place I could find one that I could afford was simply bearings. But it also had to be oil, petrol and heat restant. Less than 5 minutes later I had found what I was looking for ( easy to use website ). I was soon contacted by simply bearings explaining they couldn't instantly send me the one I clicked on . I could wait a few extra days or they had an alternative. It was good and I received it a day or two later. So in short lol. I got the part, I got it quickly, I got it at a great price but for me it was the fact they took the time to communicate with me .”
