“Circlips are fine but the storage box is naff. During delivery most of the circlips slipped under the dividers so it took ages to sort them all out. Dividers still won’t seat properly.”

“The product was clearly defined in the online data, with a choice of bearing qualities available. Delivery was a day longer than expected however this may have been a seasonal glitch. I wood use this company again.”

“Salesperson could have been more helpful, it seemed that he just wanted to get me off the phone telling me two or three times to go on the website and look at the bearings there. If my request had been simple I would have done that in the first place. Your customers are not all computer wizards.”
