“I have delt with Siply Bearings for a few years. I am not a bussines and therefor not buying everyday. However, every time I buy from them the service is always very good. “My mower is 36 years old and parts are scarce. Simply Bearings had what I wanted and when I rang them to ask about returns (in case the new item didn't fit) the guy was really helpful and professional. The new bearing arrived on time and securely wrapped. If I need more parts for my ancient ride-on I shall certainly use Simply Bearings once again.”

“I needed a specific crankshaft seal for my obscure two stroke engine. The telephone staff were quick to respond, showed good knowlege of the product and took care to make sure I got what I needed. Post was quick too. I highly recommend simply bearings, they are nice people.”

“The customer services dept were very helpful in finding what I wanted. Unfortunately I originally gave them the wrong information and ordered the wrong bearing. I rang them back five minutes later to cancel the first order and re order the correct bearing and they changed everything straight away and arranged a refund as my new bearing was a lot cheaper. The chap I spoke to wasvery kind and said that it was no problem and I received my new bearing the next day. Superb customer service”

“Website is comprehensive and easy to search through, logically. BUT I could not find a way to send ordered goods to an address other than the billing address. Most retail websites offer one the facility to make this distinction early on in the ordering process.. This one states that the billing address is the default address, with a facility to change it. Delivery and the pick was accurate and fast. Would I use Simply Bearings again if I needed their products? Yes”
