About Simply LED:

Our mission is a simple one: to make it easy for you to find high quality, low cost LED light bulbs.

Buying light bulbs can be a complicated business at the best of times, but it need not be. Our team has over fifty years of experience in the lighting industry, so who better to help you find what you’re looking for? If you have any questions about LED lighting, we can answer them.

We’ve always believed that high quality doesn’t have to mean high prices, so we are passionate about offering good, reliable LED light bulbs that don’t cost the earth.

We source all of our lighting ranges from reputable factories, and every product has to be up to our strict standards to go on sale on our site. If we don’t like it, we won’t sell it.

“Ordered some candle bulbs but when they came wrong size as I had ordered wrong code, customer services gave a prompt and helpful reply stating the correct code to order and enclosing a returns form!”

“Led dimmer switch. Good quality product, delivered well packaged and promptly - Royal Mail service. Fitted product easily and looks and works great (have used this brand of switch in other rooms in the house) Would buy again if needed.”

“Bought GU10's and a R7s. Found the GU10's didn't fit into light (Suspect IKEA non standard fitting). Also that R7s's come in different sizes other than what I ordered. So I had to send the whole lot back and got refunded no problem. Excellent service, glad to see Simply is as good at refunding as they are with all other aspects of buying from them.”

“My order came wrong, two out of three bulbs correct, one wrong. Struggled to get through on the phone, so sent an email with the promise of a reply within the 1hr, next day still no reply but this time I got through on the phone and the matter resolved. I even get to keep the wrong bulb. New bulb received quickly so all is well.”

“Great products and service. However, a couple of years ago I had a fault problem and it took too long (over a week) to resolve it. I would expect/hope that this element has improved.”

“All LED bulbs I have bought off Simply LED to date have been excellent and all are still working well after many hours use and many on/off cycles. Others I have bought elsewhere have not lasted more than 20 to 40 on/off cycles!”
