“It's very frustrating when your phone is locked and both the network and the manufacturer say they can't help. It's also strange therefore that Simply Unlocked say they get the codes direct from the manufacturer that couldn't help Nice little earner IMO. Having said that, there are lots of places who say they can unlock your phone, most charge a lot more than Simply Unlocked and some are 100% scam. So if like me you are stuck in an impossible position, I would definitely recommend Simply Unlocked, they are easy and fast and the codes worked perfectly, albeit to unlock a phone that should have been done for free by someone.....”

“Recently moved to South America with my UK Vodafone that was supposed to be unlocked. Bought a local SIM, and it was not recognised. Vodafone provided the free network unlocking code, but it was too late for me. The wrong code (my PIN rather than the required network code) had been too many times so the phone was blocked. Before I made the purchase, the SU Team assured me by email they they could provide the MUK unfreeze code, as well as the network code (the same as the one Vodafone provided). Said it could take up to 4 hours, I'd got the codes within 10mins. All the codes and full instructions. Worked straight away. The team were with me every step of the way via email and I'm very happy to have a working phone! Thank you Simply Unlocked!”
