“I am very disappointed with this company. I purchased a code which did not work. I asked for a refund which was not given to me. I will not be shopping with this company anymore.”

“I purchased the service and then I got over a hundred emails of the same thing within a 4-Hour period and when I brought it to their attention they said there was a glitch in the system and refunded my money and my phone never got unlocked”

“Ordered out of hours to fid out had to wait until office hours to receive code then tried to cancel 5 minutes after purchase which was ignored until the following day where they sent an email saying cannot cancel. Never even saw the email with the code. Suggest using a company with some credibility.”

“Sent me a code and it didnt work, so I asked for a refund. They said they cant refund as I already used the code. I sent e-mails wanting explanation but no reply.”

“I paid for code but they couldn't get an unlock code for my Motorola g8 power lite which was fine, but they stated I would get a full refund within 5 days, it had now been 8 days and no code and no refund.”

“I paid to have my imei number checked 1.99 on PayPal. It came back as status clean. So then I paid 9.95 to unlock my iPhone which took them two days to confirm it was unlocked. I followed their instructions to find it was not unlocked nor was my imei clean as the report stated. Its was blacklisted for no reason, not lost or stolen or any other reason stated. Just blacklisted. So now I am in dispute with them through PayPal after several email communications them telling me it was their mistake for the "confusion"??? But still no phone unlocked and no refund. Do not use this company ever as they con you first to then pay to be unlocked or whitelisted on apples database as they claim. Simplynotunlocked”

“Very bad worded TCs and against Statutory rights. Even though emailed straight after placing an order, as an error, the order was fulfilled and I cannot receive my money back!”

“I have purchased from Simply Unlocked before and never had any issues until the s10 code. It didn't work on the device which was dissapointing. The service in a whole is amazing fast delivery times and they keep you informed on the process.”
