“i buy my phones from cex on an unpopular network like 3 or o2 get it cheaper that way as the ee and vodafone phones fetch more money, so then i get it unlocked by these guys then use it that way 3 times iv done it now brilliant no problems when i take the phone back to cex to upgrade i get more money becuase its unlocked. s9 to 10 s10 to note 10 note 10 to s20 ultra”

“I thought your customer service was very good as I had waited approx one month for Vodafone to unlock my phone to allow me to change to a New Provider. I ended up having to use a phone which was unlocked for any provider until Samsung unlocked and unfroze mine. Thank you.”
