“A bit more communication would have been nice. Purchase an unlock code, ended up getting a refund with no explanation a month after they took my money. At least I got a refund I guess”

We are available by phone or email Monday-Friday 9am-5pm should you have a query on your order. As per our terms of sale if we are unable to unlock your phone a full refund is given and the unlock you have ordered had a 2-4 week processing time which is made clear during checkout.

“i used simply unlock to unlock an android phone it was a little over the 8 hours it said i would get code but when when they came it opened phone first time would use them again no problem”
