“Ordered a network unlock code for my phone got the code with in the said time unfortunately i had given them the wrong IMEI number so it didn't work. I rang there phone number spoke to them and with in an hour of the conversation and me explaining my issue and what i did wrong they sent me out the correct code for my phone at no extra cost even tho was my mistake. Amazing service would use time and time again and recommend to friends”

“The best unlock provider out there, amazingly quick. Ordered a code for my EE HTC 10 at 3.55am (I couldn't sleep!) and I received the code at 4.07am so 10 minutes and it unlocked fine. Will recommended their service.”

“Was told 3-8 hours before purchase. 3 DAYS later I receive the code. In fairness it worked and was simple but misleading before purchase.”

Our Samsung unlock codes take 3-8 hours during working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) This is clearly stated on the order confirmation page. You placed your order at 8PM on Friday evening, the unlock code came though at 10:30am Monday morning. I am sorry if you feel mislead by this - I will see if there is anything we can do to make it more clear what days are classed as working days.

“Very pleased with the speed of unlocking the iPhone 6 I was given to replace my antiquated Blackberry Bold 9900. I thought it may take a few days as it was over the weekend but it was all done by Sunday. I had an issue activating the iPhone once unlocked but this was purely due to the delay by my SIM card provider in activating my new nano sim. i was sent text messages keeping me informed and I would certainly use Simply Unlocked again in the future.”

“Excllent service. Placed order to unlock HTC One M8 at 20:45. Received immediate e-mail saying Estimated Delivery Time 1 - 10 Minutes (Average 5 Minutes). Received update at 21:01 stating my unlocking order was progressing smoothly and they were aiming to deliver it within the time frame specified. Unlock code arrived at 21:13 and worked perfectly. Only minor quibble is that it took 28 mins rather than 10, but that's really splitting hairs.”
