“Hi, I just wanted to take the time to let you know that your services are brilliant, there was a company that was going to charge me £40 for all level codes but was above my budget, for £20 you provided me with all level codes to unlock. I purchased a phone for my girlfriend for her birthday, wasn't a cheap phone, she messaged me telling her phone was network locked and she had blocked it, I felt like the worst boyfriend ever. Then I found your services and fixed it within 24hrs. I honestly can't thank you enough, I know it's a daily service you provide for everyone but it makes people like me and my girlfriend happy. I will recommend this service to anyone I know with a locked network.”

“In all honesty, I was a bit sceptical. But I went ahead because Paypal is a payment option which gives a certain amount of credibility and trust to a site. Having gone ahead, I now feel guilty because it did exactly what it said it would do (the site). I had an HTC Hero. It cost me £7.95, (the bargain price which made me suspicious in the first place). I had my unlock code in less than 10 minutes and it worked straight away. Thank you so much and I will definitely be telling all my friends about your site.”

“Absolutely brilliant company. I didn't get a code for a while after paying and then was sent an email advising I would get a refund as they couldn't unlock my phone but I then received an email advising me the suppliers of the code had been offline for some reason so they generated my code which worked and gave me a 100% refund for the delay. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Ordered a network unlock code for my phone got the code with in the said time unfortunately i had given them the wrong IMEI number so it didn't work. I rang there phone number spoke to them and with in an hour of the conversation and me explaining my issue and what i did wrong they sent me out the correct code for my phone at no extra cost even tho was my mistake. Amazing service would use time and time again and recommend to friends”

“The best unlock provider out there, amazingly quick. Ordered a code for my EE HTC 10 at 3.55am (I couldn't sleep!) and I received the code at 4.07am so 10 minutes and it unlocked fine. Will recommended their service.”

Our Samsung unlock codes take 3-8 hours during working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) This is clearly stated on the order confirmation page. You placed your order at 8PM on Friday evening, the unlock code came though at 10:30am Monday morning. I am sorry if you feel mislead by this - I will see if there is anything we can do to make it more clear what days are classed as working days.

“Very pleased with the speed of unlocking the iPhone 6 I was given to replace my antiquated Blackberry Bold 9900. I thought it may take a few days as it was over the weekend but it was all done by Sunday. I had an issue activating the iPhone once unlocked but this was purely due to the delay by my SIM card provider in activating my new nano sim. i was sent text messages keeping me informed and I would certainly use Simply Unlocked again in the future.”
