“Got messed around my vodafone and Samsung for the best part if a month. Had my codes and phone unlcoked within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Great service!”

“Great service, instant order acknowledgement along with constant progress updates via email and text, they unlocked my phone within 2 hours even though this was over the weekend and I was expecting it to happen on Monday. Really impressed with these guys and would recommend them to anyone that needs a mobile unlocked. Great price as well!”

“When I ordered this unlock code the time waiting was 4-8 hours but I received it within 3 hours I will definitely be using this company again as I think personally they are brilliant and kept me up to date via email they are amazing”

“These guys were super efficient! Unlocked my phone within 15minutes! I was going to have to wait up to 3 weeks for my network to send me the unlock code or €30 in a local phone repair shop where they said they couldn't guarantee the code would work! I found these guys online but was sceptical about being ripped off but read the reviews and decided to go with them which I am so glad I did! Thank you simplyunlocked :)”

“Vodafone had given me an incorrect NUC code on 3 separate occasions. Resulting in me needing a master unlock code. After hours every other day on the phone for over a month they still couldn't give me the code and kept having go fill in a supposed form and would always give me a 48hr time scale. After a bit of research i found this company. I rang simply unlocked and explained my situation as i was worried that if Vodafone couldnt get the codes then how could a random company online. He was very understanding, explained what i needed to do and reassured me that i will get a code but if not then a refund would be issued. I was given a time scale of 4-8hrs and to my amazement i received them in 3hrs. Both of the codes worked and i now have full use of my phone again. After all the stress and inconvenience vodafone had caused, i really wish i knew about this company before. Thank you”

“We spent the best part of 2 weeks being batted backwards and forwards between O2 and Samsung with everybody listening in confusion as though they had never encountered such a thing as a frozen phone. We had the same NUC code ad nauseum from O2 which never worked. They had no idea what to do next and are still cogitating about how to wriggle out of this problem. We contacted Simply Unlocked and within 3 hours they had sent down the correct codes with simple instructions on how to unlock the phone. It worked perfectly and within 5 minutes the phone was unlocked and working. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Well done. It really does work.”

“I don't normally write reviews but this service was perfect for me and saved me so much hassle! I bought a second hand "unlocked" Galaxy S9 phone from an ebay seller. But turned out to be locked to EE, I am on 02. (It was an honest mistake from the seller). Rather than trying to arrange a return and refund from the seller, I looked into what was needed to get it unlocked. I needed the NCK and MCK codes It was going to be a pain to get the seller to contact their provider for the codes. I found that there were sites like Simply Unlocked who can get the codes for you. I was about to pay for a different site to get the codes but thankfully i did a quick review check on them and there were reports of hidden costs and codes not working etc. I found Simply Unlocked which looked great but I was still quite apprehensive about using the service. But there was no need to be at all. Their communication was perfect, with emails and text keeping you updated on any progress. The codes i needed arrived in my email within a few hours and both worked first time! For the price of this service it is great value and you cannot fault it. I will 100% be recommending and using them again in the future”
