Last box didn't arrive at all. Poor customer service and long wait on replies to emails. No redelivery or refund/discount offered. Cancelled subscription as I am not willing to pay for something that doesn't arrive.

Expect nothing less than top notch service from *bitclaim .

This company is a joke like lots of other complaints I have tried to cancel the subscription. With my app on my bank online won't let me do it. I have sent 4 emails regarding cancellation and have not had a reply. I have just had to sit on the phone for half hour so my bank can put a merchant block on the account. Terrible service.

Once I highlighted it to their customer service they let me know they have cancelled it for me and were apologetic, which was nice.

Simply Cook took my debit details, and advertised I would receive a ‘free trail of 1 box’ with NO mention of a subscription service.

I didn't realise that I was signing into a subscription service until I noticed the 'Set your back up box' instructions at the end of the confirmation email (see pic).

They charged me after I cancelled and waited the second I got paid to charge me, don’t even bother buying the meals for the free trial. Very scammy and deceptive service

I don’t think they are scammers but their website and app design really need to be improved and more user friendly or else it’s hard to think it’s not done deliberately to get people charged for service they didn’t want.

Be weary. I feel tricked into signing up after partaking in one of their trial/offers through an external service. They then make cancelling hard. Arguably, I should have known better, but when companies have to rely on tactics like this I'm not sure how much to trust them more generally. Just be aware when engaging in any of their offers...
