“I could not recommend this company for anyone buying from the EU. I was charged customs for a pair of tights (17 EUROS) more than doubling the price. When I complained the company said this was in their terms and conditions (i.e., small print). At no point during the sale was I informed of this. I am not naïve I understand that customs have changed since BREXIT. However I still support local business in the UK and I have never had this experience, other companies have calculated the customs or informed me of what would need to be paid. Which this company said was 'impossible' for them to do-so they ignored the issue. Terrible service and terrible customer service, if I could give no stars I would. If you live in the EU do not buy from this company.”
