“On January 31 I got a call from salesman regarding my voice search service he wanted for me to sign with his Simply Listed Marketing company after 30 minutes of been in the phone with him I end up sign for the Max Exposure voice search service I paid $429.00 he promises that he will be sending me a full paid invoice describing all the details of the services I sign up for after my worder was completed
as today I have not received documentations describing the services, I sign up I'm getting a bit concern. because I been calling several times requesting this documents term and conditions as I want to confirm my services and be sure they comply with the services they offer me after several call all they I have been speaking with different people and all they said to me that they will be sending the information to me I have been asking to let me speak with manager and they said that he can only do appointments I ask for appalment and they said that the manager will be in touch with me shortly but never call back and this is the story for the last January 31,2024 I'm very disappointed”
