I bought a simucube sport 2 + Simucube Valo GT-23 steering wheel. When configuring the steering wheel on simucube tuner I encountered difficulties! I sent an email to your technical support (Denis Tymann). This person does not Didn't understand anything about what I said. Denis Tymann gave me the wrong answers and through his fault I bought adapters that I didn't need! I searched for 1 month how to operate the steering wheel LEDs! I finally found the solution on my own. I am very disappointed with your technical support!

Problèm whith another order at The French Simracer IN FRANCE Base Plate active pedals WHERE IS YOUR QUALITY SERVICE. ?? I RECEIVE it YESTERDAY ! FOR THE PRICE IT'S A SHAME. YOU FORGOT ONE RIVET FIXATION. I HAVE BUY 2 PEDALS PRO ACTIVE WHITH THAT. AND I WHANT A QUICK SAV reaction AND a compensation. Olivier BUNEL 6 chemin du milieu 64800 BORDERES France. The simucube product is very good. However I have ordered 2 wheel side quick release’s from them and both of them were missing parts. The first one looked like it was a return. The box was badly ripped and beaten with no screws or washers. The 2nd was missing some screws and washers due to the bag being ripped open at the bottom.
