“Had to wait 12 weeks for my shower. When I got it the head was too large for my shower which was my fault, however I was charged £94 to return the 2 items and then had to wait 3 weeks for my refund. I felt like I was being fobbed off every time I rang up. Wouldn't recommend this company I will find the rest of my bathroom stuff from elsewhere. It is very bad service”
“Good price. Tap needed to be ordered and we were told to expect availability sometime in March. The first we knew about delivery was notification from Royal Mail; communication from Sinks beforehand would have been helpful.”
“We ordered our franke sink ,when it arrived there was no overflow or drainage plug. So trying to get a replacement was none existent,I rang sink.co.uk every day for about a week and a half,they just kept telling us there wholesalers aren't getting back to them. That's not my problem I thought my contacts was with sink.co.uk.I got that fed up I went to skrewfix and bought one,I would never use them again.”
“Ordering and delivery was fine but it took about 3 days for it to look stained and dirty. All kinds of warning about what to not use to clean but warm soapy water still leaves it looking dirty.”
“Sinks was fine, it’s the sink that is the problem.
I have bought Franke sinks for over 40 years and none have ever disappointed, until now.
It has scratched really badly, doesn’t clean up very well, leaves smears all over it unless buffed up. I don’t have hard water so it’s not that.
It seems to have a film on it that makes it difficult to wipe down.
I contacted Franke twice who told me to use CIF cleaner on it or a limescale remover. I have never had to do this with any of my other Franke sinks.
In short - I hate it.”
