“Not impressed so far.
We've hired a waste tank and it was delivered missing a cover on one of the top holes which meant you could see and smell the remains of previous hirer's waste, and any of our waste would have been open to the elements. The delivery driver suggested I put a plastic bag over the hole but I said a proper cover was needed. He was going to mention when he got back, and I contacted them a coupel of times myself but there's been nothing. In the end we found something more substantial than a plastic bag to cover the hole, as we couldn't put up with flies and smell and being unable to use it any longer.
Also, a hose attachement had a hole in it and we've ended up buying a new hose ourselves.
We didn't expect a brand new tank, but we did expect something that was fit for purpose without our having to make repairs first and that was better cleaned between users. We also expected better customer service when we raised some issues.”
