“I don't write reviews often, unless there is something that is truly outstanding about a company or a product. While there are many skincare/haircare beauty companies out there to buy products from it becomes difficult to choose with all the great new incentives. So for a black friday sale I decided to try a company I had never ordered from, yes this one. As I was looking forward to my product arriving I waited for a bit longer than seemed normal even by Black Friday standards. But they had an incredible deal which what led me to them in the first place. I was then concerned as I saw my product hadn't even been shipped. I reached out to customer service. And in less than 12 hours later(only because I reached out on Sunday), they not only provided a heartfelt apology with an explanation, they even proceeded to provide complementary 2nd day air. I had only a couple times in my life(re: 1st time purchases) ever reached out to other companies with the same concern. None of them ever provided such a thoughtful response or offered to provide complementary expedited shipping. In my book this sets Skin Elite far and about what other customer service experiences overall I have ever experienced. They will now be my new go to for all things beauty and wellness. Thank you Skin Elite for helping me believe in customer service again, while also providing a vast plethora of all the great products out there.”
“I saw Maria and George again today 1/9/23 at 3.30 - since my first visit last September for non-surgical, rhinoplasty. They were just as professional, obliging and friendly as my first experience with them, hence my return.
The practice room is clean and tidy as it it should be.
Maria, is so knowledgeable about what she does, in fact so is George although Maria does the work (😊). She listens to what you want and explains how it can be achieved.
I find them reasonably priced and fair and I am happy to recommend them all day long. I’m looking forward to my next treatment later on this year.

“I am a longtime user of Obagi Clenziderm Benzoyl Peroxide. I started ordering this product from Skin Elite during a time where it was hard to find this particular product at the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022. They had a discounted price, and I signed up for a subscription to be shipped to me monthly so I would not run out. Recently, they stopped delivering the item without contacting me, and they also cancelled my subscription without explanation. No emails, no text, not a word. On February 7th I contacted them, explaining that I am dependent on this subscription as its for my face, and I asked about the whereabouts. I was contacted by Pam who told me would ship next business day. It did not, I asked again - what happened? Then Pam stated they were changing their subscription services, and they would only honor my current price for one more month. They also tried to add insult to injury by speaking about their right to change, or modify subscription. That is fine I never even knew the issue! But what about the subscription consumers LEGAL right to be notified of a change in a timely manner, the right to prominent and conspicuous notice, and the right to clear, easily understandable terms. When I mentioned these things then Ian who stated he was an Operations Manager told me he would put me on a new subscription but I needed to pay $8.60 more for my monthly subscription as their cost increased. I agreed - I never said at any point prior I had issues with changes - I wanted to be informed so I could make smart decisions. Then the next day I received another email this time from Kelly. Kelly backtracked and stated they could not put me on a new subscription, said I could sign up again myself, basically want me to pay full price, and gave a $5 for my next order. Ha - you got to be kidding me, $5.00? This went on from February 7th to February 23rd. I emailed back, I asked them why did they state in writing they would resubscribe me for $8.60 more, and then send me an email that went back on that. This time they chose to ignore me. In the meantime, I ordered from a different company as it's been almost a month, nothing is resolved, and there is no hope it will be. The product I ordered from a different company had a slight burn/tingle to it as it did when I first started using the product. I thought I had become immune to that feeling as I did not get this burn/tingle with the Skin Elite Product. Now I wonder about the quality, and what they were sending me at this discounted price. Poor customer service, rude, questionable products.”
“Bait and switch return policy. Their return policy indicates they want you to be happy and that you can return within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. However, when I called their customer service number they indicated since I opened the product they would not accept a return. How would you know if a product was acceptable without opening it. Very disappointed: not worth a few dollars savings to deal with this disreputable company.”
“Would’ve given 5 stars, but they secretly changed their rewards system from $1 spent equaling 10 points to $1 spent equaling 1 point. I would’ve purchased with Skin Elite forever if they had kept that previously amazing rewards program. But now it’s no different from other retailers like DermWarehouse. Oh well.”
“I purchased Dermaceutic medical grade skin products, which are absolutely wonderful. Skin Elite offers these products at a competitive price along with excellent customer service. Their team is responsive and efficient. I ordered the products on-line but had a question about my order. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hrs. The products arrived, as promised and I was able to start using when I expected. I would defintitely use Skin Elite again and would highly recommend them.”
