They sent me two of the same order, told me it was my fault and didn’t refund me for one of the duplicate orders. Worst customer service ever.(and the forgot my drink)

Two meals spilled out onto the floor making them inedible, because the restaurant put 3 cold soda bottles on the bottom of a paper bag!! Skip will only refund 50% because I didnt know I had to take pictures to prove it, even though I have an EYE WITNESS in the VERY KIND delivery driver who helped pick up the food off the carpet at my door! THIS IS BS!! WHY should I have to pay ANYTHING for 2 INEDIBLE MEALS!!??

MISSING items on too many orders!! Refund is great but doesn't replace not getting what was ordered and EXPECTED!! They CLEARLY DONT CARE!! Are their drivers STEALING the missing items??

I’ve had multiple issues with my orders: food delivered to the wrong address, cold meals because drivers aren’t using heat bags, and delays caused by drivers making multiple stops before mine. The service has been steadily getting worse. With my latest order being delivered to the wrong address and the company simply sending me a link to their terms and refusing a refund, I’ve decided I won’t be using them anymore.

My order arrived over an hour late.. the food was cold and disgusting and half my order was missing… skip the dishes offered me a $5.88 refund that doesn’t even cover the cost of one of the things that was missing… I’m gonna go back to Uber eats or DoorDash…. Even if I would’ve called a taxi to take me to McDonald’s and bring me back, it would’ve been cheaper and more accurate.

21 but when reported the error the CSR was of no help she said I can only refund $18.

I contacted skip again and they offered me a 50% refund as skip credits! Needless to say I will never do business with skip again and will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back.

They have been constantly messing up our coffee orders for work and since I complain so often they will no longer refund me So I'm over skip the dishes they are losing a daily customer here who spends 50plus daily on coffee orders for the work crew 🤔 Uber will be my choice now hopefully it's a better experience

I was delivered the wrong meal. The driver said there was nothing he could do. I called the restaurant. They told me to submit for a refund - which I did - and then reorder my meal. Then skip would not refund the first meal as I didn’t have a photo of the incorrect meal (the driver took the photo and the meal). I’ve tried again and they essentially hung up on me. Deleting the app for good.

I ordered 4 items of Chinese food for family dinner. We found plastic in one of the items by my kid having it in her mouth! I phoned the restaurant and they won’t refund because I paid Skip. Skip will only refund the 1 item because that’s was all that was affected. I’m throwing away almost $70 of food!! And now I can’t even add a photo to this
