Order never delivered. They said it was the wrong address even though I have used Skip the Dishes many many times with the same address. When contacted for a refund, they would only give me one half of the total and it was only usable through them. Never use them again.

Unable to reach customer service never ever, they talk in robotic answers when you reach them. Hard to get a refund. Drivers probably suffer from poor management too, I feel for them.

First time user, my $90 order was apparently delivered to wrong address. They denied my request for a refund, as their terms of service states vendors and courier errors are not their responsibility. Never again…

if it could be lower then one it would be . I placed an order for almost $40 and teh driver got to my apartment building and even though given information for what to do so I can buzz up could not figure it out even with me walking him through it ( on phone) and I also heard someone helping him down there. He never made it up to my apartment to deliver food. When I called support they said because it to me so long to reach our ( was on hold over 1.5 hours) anf had the wrong address listed ( even though driver was here) they could only refund $15 so i got no foos aqnd was out $25

You get the refund in skipcredits for the order BUT not for the tip After 9:00 you get a notification that you have the correct order delivered.

Do you guys want me to call 911 and file a thief complaint so you can finally refund my missing coffee? All of this because the Restaurant didn't bring us the Coffee we ordered.

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order and the driver gave us the wrong order. Instead of making it right, skip refunded minus the nuggets that I received from the wrong order. Keep in mind that I order 10 items and because the wrong order was sent they refused to issue a full refund. Absolutely terrible that I got penalized for their error.

They brought the wrong order from another restaurant. They refused to refund or reorder. We took pictures, sent in the receipt from the wrong order and they still refuse to refund. DON’T USE SKIP THE DISHES EVER.

They sent me two of the same order, told me it was my fault and didn’t refund me for one of the duplicate orders. Worst customer service ever.(and the forgot my drink)
