the driver, Kaitik Sharma, went above and beyond to deliver my order. This was a group order from Mcdonalds on a Wednesday evening. The coffee that I ordered got spilled and he drove to MvlcDonalds to replace it for me! I am thrilled with his service

Update: Skip refunded the full amount on my credit card without contacting me which is why I bumped up my review from 1* to 3* Original: Terrible service. Order was sent to restaurant 30 minutes after the order was placed. No driver was ever assigned to the order, the restaurants manager had to deliver the order himself. Skip only offered to refund the tip I had prepaid. Incredible.

Order with them all the time. If there is a problem they have great customer service and make it right.

I have had mostly positive experiences with Skip, except two instances where one of the items I ordered was wrong (though that could have been the restaurant’s fault for not checking) and the other time the driver couldn’t find my house and I had to go out for him to hand me my food. Other than that, the service has been good.
