“I am raising serious concerns about Sky Vegas after my account displayed a £2,000 deposit limit, yet I was able to deposit beyond the amount I reasonably understood that safer-gambling control to restrict, with the explanation later relying on a “net deposit” calculation that was not clearly presented to me. I am seeking full justification from Sky regarding how the control operated, whether it complied with RTS 12 and applicable Gambling Commission requirements, and appropriate reimbursement and compensation for the financial burden and disruption caused.”

“Every game is completely rigged. You win small amounts but empty hundreds into it. Always on every game it will give you a small win when your balance is low and then just as you think the game is going g to start paying you've lost another £200. It was never like this 2/ 3 years ago. Don't waste your time on it. Payout is awful these days”

“Ive never known a site to pay out so little all the time. Its virtually dead spins every game all the time. Its actually scary. Its just pick a game 10 20 30 spins no wins rinse repeat you cannot even play for more than 5 minutes after a deposit ive never played a site like it. How that kinda gameplay is even legal god knows its so predatory .. to think you cant win even 1 pound to atleast let you enjoy the games for more than 1 minute is truly mind blowing.”
