Cancelled in July, now November still won't refund me. They read a script, they are thieves and scum. They go around in circle with deducting from your next bill when you don't have anymore. I swear they only hire the most idiotic people ever.

I got told my contract had finished and they gave me a refund due to my contract finishing now I'm getting emails about them sending me to a debt collection service because I haven't paid the contract. I can't speak to a human unless I pay the outstanding balance. If I pay the balance I get a new contract I haven't got any equipment to use SKY.
