“I have used Skycoach for a few WoW related services, and they have all been relatively painless.
Their web chat with Pro feature can be quirky sometimes, and it caused some delays on one order, but I've never waited very long for service. Customer service is responsive. The "Pros" they match you with can be hit or miss, some lack communication skills, but that's not Skycoach's fault.
Overall good experience and I will continue to use them when needed.”
“Currently getting me out of bronze in Valorant, the only bad thing I have to say is the wait times for an Oceania booster is insane... they assigned someone from NA and they are losing games and its taking longer than it needs to and they refuse to assign a different one.
