Support are useless, their "pro's" logged into my account when not authorised after the order was completed, spent in game currency on random items, lost account trophy progress, played random characters for fun - they admitted to it and support still do nothing. Account now perma banned and 0 support from their customer services. Had all the proof of them logging in, changing language to Russian - still nothing”
“My order was never completed. I was told that a lot of orders had been taken and they would get a Pro as soon as possible. I waited patiently for also two days before I decided to cancel the order to find another provider to get it done in a timely manner. I'm glad I was able to get it done immediately. In the future I suggest that orders are given a specific time slot vs randomly waiting on a Pro to be found. In the pass I've been asleep and missed my time to speak to the Pro so I had to wait for him to get back to me.”

I had placed a boosting service order for Wild Rift, in which after a week of waiting I was finally told that the order could not be completed even after checking in with their live chat periodically and every time being told that a Pro would be guaranteed "ASAP". I get it, things happen, but let the person know that an order cannot be completed not literally right as the season as ending. In addition to this, I had another order for PC that DID manage to be completed, but a pro left without even saying anything and then another came and was fairly unresponsive. Overall, would not recommend this service, and the live chat responses were unaccommodating whatsoever and entirely generic.”

Skycoach has not addressed the issue and is only sending me around in loops. I sent them screenshots to help, but nothing has been done 3, weeks later.

“I placed an order for a boost to level 34. Booster matched and "got started". 6 days in and nothing had been done so they say they will get me another booster. 10 days in, the character is level 3 and they say they will give me $5 cash back. 20 days in and the character is 16. So I cancelled the order. The ended up prorating me and the only compensation offered was another $5 cash back. Absolutely RIDICULOUS if you wanted my opinion.”

The service is horrible. They will change your settings on your console and not return them to proper settings has happened 3 times now, enough.
The wait times are longer than they seem said 35 minutes to start or 24 hours later and still nothing done on my account.
also left the details in plain English all over the order details page, for the pro to have all the information they needed to do the work, and somehow they still failed to read that information and did not do the work that they were supposed to do because they don't know how to read the order information that they collect from you. I would look elsewhere if you dont need the headache
and they also lie and say theybdont have order for you and deny and try to take down your review when you put up one,
