My WoW account was suspended for account sharing (their guaranteed safest way to boost, VPN and all). I lost the achievement and mount that I paid to get through their service. I also had two other open orders that can no longer be completed because of the suspension. I reached out to their customer service on their site and emailed their support email. I haven't received an email yet and the customer service online hasn't been of much help. I appealed the suspension, as they suggested. The appeal failed and the suspension stands. I have requested a refund for the service I was suspended for and the two orders that can now not be completed because of the suspension, and so far they have offered me "funds towards other games" (that I don't play) and an amount of gold that they sell online for $32 (lol) but they refuse to refund me. I still have a transcript from the original order clarifying that if my account were to get suspended that they WOULD give me a refund before I made the purchase, yet this has turned out to be a complete lie. I've showed them the transcript of them telling me they'd give a refund but they don't seem to care.
In short, I'm out a whole lot of money, I didn't receive any of the services I paid them to provide, and now I can't play the game I want to. I just want a refund at this point and to move on, but they refuse to provide that as well.

“Absolute horrible company, I purchased fut coins on them, on which I needed to provide my EA account password, then, they told me I needed to unlock the transfer market on the web app, even tho I play fifa since fifa 19 already, and I know the transfer market on the web app never opened and will never either, in game its just available.
But they kept telling me I needed to wait a few days for it to unlock, even tho I told her over 6 times that I want a refund because it is not going to unlock.
After 2 days of telling her I wanted a refund I finally got it, after that they changed my account password. I instantly saw it and could luckly change it back before they changed the email too. It could well be the end of my account there. Worst company out there”
“Skycoach is the furthest thing from trustworthy that I have encountered. They have countless offerings on their website that is a 'pre-order' without them actually disclaiming that information anywhere. When you contact them, you get the run around and are told "it'll be next week" when they have no plans on fulfilling orders for months. Use one of the several other services available. This company is a scam”

First it doesnt seem legit, that skycoach has two accounts here. one with negative score skycoach. and then they recreated skycoach.gg. This last one has provided a service that got me banned.
I spend over $160 for a mage tower pilot service. To get the: Soaring Spelltome mount! When I asked they told me they would use a VPN from my country. Long story short, the pilot, my guess is he is from russia, as I had weird russian macros, they didnt use a VPN and my account got banned for 6 months. I lost the mount and ALL transmog skins from my account.
I contact customer service, see if we could find a mutual solution, I staid polite all the time. But they just kept me in a long conversation for two weeks, making me explain it everytime over and over again eventually they told me, they needed a manager to look at the case and I was promised a refund, and weeks later they back peddled. they changed their tune and all they said was, you knew the risks and they woudnt offer me a refund. Stating their pilot did everything accordingly. Sending me template answers everytime. just Horrible!
Their pilot did NOT use a VPN if he did I woudnt have been banned in the first place. They basically just laugh in your face and point the finger at you as its your own fault for using their crappy service. So first promise to refund they suddenly refused to credit the invoice. They lied to me, wasted my time and are not worth your money.
I have proof of the invoice and the conversations!!! And of blizzard banning my account!
Im making this review because Mage Tower is back and I just want to warn people to not use their Pilot service, they will get you banned and you will regret paying for this. And they will not refund you after you get banned!
