terrible, they are scammers, be careful!! the positive reviews you see are fake. I purchased a 100 euro package, 54,000vbucks, for fortnite, I was scammed, they admitted guilt but didn't refund me. today I leave the link to my Facebook group with 10,000 members in a new review, where there is all the evidence of the screens with the support and the disgust they make

Use their service/app if you want the following: 1. Be lied to repeatedly. 2. Be strung along with false promises. 3. Be told your service is going to cost more after you've already paid. 4. Want a lot of run around to get a refund. 5. Be told PROs hate your service after waiting for 6 days.

After the purchase, it took 2 days to find a professional player to perform the service. He took 3 days to confirm that he would carry out the service, and after that, he disappeared. Three days later, I contacted him again and received no response. It took me 1 hour to request a refund, and I'm not even sure if I will get it. I do not recommend this platform; I have never had such a bad experience with so little.

Update- (They are refusing to cancel my order, and arguing with me on trying to provide another service or credits) STAY AWAY The service is horrible. They will change your settings on your console and not return them to proper settings has happened 3 times now, enough. The wait times are longer than they seem said 35 minutes to start or 24 hours later and still nothing done on my account. also left the details in plain English all over the order details page, for the pro to have all the information they needed to do the work, and somehow they still failed to read that information and did not do the work that they were supposed to do because they don't know how to read the order information that they collect from you. I would look elsewhere if you dont need the headache and they also lie and say theybdont have order for you and deny and try to take down your review when you put up one, the date on your site says 8.10.2023, when i placed it on Oct. 7th, 2023 order Id ZY19450 pro id 15225 I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR CANCEL AND REFUND DUE TO JOB NOT COMPLETE, AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING

I have requested a refund for the service I was suspended for and the two orders that can now not be completed because of the suspension, and so far they have offered me "funds towards other games" (that I don't play) and an amount of gold that they sell online for $32 (lol) but they refuse to refund me.

But they kept telling me I needed to wait a few days for it to unlock, even tho I told her over 6 times that I want a refund because it is not going to unlock.

But they just kept me in a long conversation for two weeks, making me explain it everytime over and over again eventually they told me, they needed a manager to look at the case and I was promised a refund, and weeks later they back peddled.
