When asked about it they spent several days trying to convince the “PRO” to provide any proof that he sent the order but only provided screenshot of an account that’s not mine! On the contrary I provided them with screenshots, videos and they even have my username and password which I asked them to login and see if I received the order but they still were “unsure” who is lying, myself or the pro! After several more days they still refused to provide a refund or deliver the order, so they offered to send me half what I paid for! After more requesting a full refund they agreed to send me the whole order. ”
