“If I could put 0 stars I would, tracked parcel out for delivery - not delivered because the driver "couldn't be bothered" Richard in the office in Inverness sent a very rudely titled reply to my complaint.”
“This company seem unable to deliver a parcel to the correct address. Their service is unbelievably poor with multiple deliveries going astray. If you complain to their head office in Inverness they could not care less and are bordering on being down right rude.”
