“I’d avoid this company. My experience has been one of poor communication, unreliable deliveries and damaged goods. Phone calls go unanswered and emails are ignored, making it impossible to resolve issues quickly. First delivery was cancelled on morning it was due then when it finally arrived the next day, the rooflight was damaged. The replacement sent 2 days later was also damaged. After both rooflights were returned on the same day as 2nd delivery, I was promised a refund within five working days. This was confirmed in writing but 7 working days later, no refund has been made despite repeated follow-ups by email and phone. Having been given a jumbled assortment of excuses as to why I don't yet have my money back and a dubious cut&paste screenshot of my supposed refund pending I then received a day later a 'refund notification' stating that the refund has been made but it can take up to 10 days before the funds appear in my account. Currently £534 out of pocket. Very disappointing experience overall.”
