“I ordered men’s base layer clothing based on the sizing charts on the website. The clothing arrived and is 2 sizes too small because the sizing charts are wrong.
The customer service is insisting I pay for the international postage to return the products when in fact they have a policy to pay for postage where the goods are ‘different to what was ordered’

“Sent wrong product. Only way to contact customer service is via website but messages don’t get through, days later get error message saying can’t reach their servers. Extremely frustrating experience. I hope this review helps others before they have a similar experience.”
“Awful, awful, awful. Save your money. Avoid frustration. Order what you want elsewhere. Their 'commitment' to ship in 7-12 business days is a complete lie. There is no email or phone # for customer service, and they make even the generic online submit-a-question form hard to find. I have never received a response to any of my efforts to contact them. I ordered 4 simple items 2 months ago. Finally received 3 after a month. Inexplicably, the 4th item--probably the easiest to fulfill--still has not been SENT! If you are foolish enough to order from SLAM goods, using the order tracking app is a MUST. They'll try to claim the shipper made an error or something like that but the app shows SLAM Goods has not done ANYthing regarding my 4th item. Tho of course they took my money 2 months ago. Bordering on a business scam. Stay away. Overpriced any way.”

“We ordered a shirt, size medium, for our son back in November. It took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive, the shirt was a size XXL. We had to pay an additional $5.00 to return the shirt we didn't order when the company could have contacted us regarding them being out of the size we ordered. We are very disappointed!”
“I wish that I would have known what I know now! If, I could give this company a negative 10, I would. I placed an order on 11/22/23. On 11/24/23, they withdrew over $60 from my account. I have yet to receive the shirt nor a response from customer service after emailing them on 12/10/23. Don't trust this company! When trying to track my order, I kept getting a message that the order number doesn't exist or there is no account associated with my email address. They are THIEVES and LIERS! “I am writing because I am very disappointed in the way my order was handled. I ordered one magazine, and paid extra shipping for priority mail. It got here today almost a month later than the order.
I also paid extra for protection and the magazine was bent up and crammed in my mailbox.
This is very unacceptable. If priority mail does not mean anything don’t ask for extra money. If protection doesn’t mean anything don’t charge for it.
I paid double the price of the magazine for apparently nothing.”

“I ordered shoes a month ago, order was supposed to come in 10-21days. Tracking number looks like they shipped but it’s been more than a month and nothing yet. Tracking is fake and is still at the same location. I emailed three time they said they haven’t shipped so that tracking information is a lie.
Don’t buy anything from them.”
