“Celebrated my 60th at Ham Bottom. Wow what a great house, had everything you could wish for, clean, well maintained and great views. Homemade cakes waiting for us on arrival. Just perfect and a great memory to take away with us. Thank you everyone at Sleeps 12 for making my 60th a week to remember 💖”

“The property fully met our expectations. We made good use of the hot tub and the BBQ lodge. The children from both families enjoyed the space afforded by the house and gardens whilst the parents (and grandparents) relaxed in front of the log burner each evening. It was a really lovely holiday!”

“Very impressed with the on line booking facility, the website and the automatic updates and reminders. Most important was being able to ring up and discuss my requirements with PEOPLE. The property ticked the boxes and was accurately described. I would both use again and recommend, Mike”

“Excellent house with cracking facilities. Enough space for our four families to relax and enjoy without feeling cramped. Well stocked kitchen with more than enough pots and pans. Will definitely come back.”

“We stayed at The Plough for a hen weekend on the 7th February and it was everything we could ask for and more! Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, lovely layout and included everything we needed. The bar fantastic too! Just in the process of arranging a reunion for the same time next year. Thank you!”

“Great organisation of the cottage we hired, with useful prompts via email for deposit payment, damages bond. Very easy to configure bedrooms and book in members of the party. Property was exactly as described on the website. Damages bond returned promptly after the hire period finished.”

“From start to finish our experience has been exceptional. The customer service team answered all questions I had promptly and the house it’s self was outstanding. The well stocked house is finished to a high standard and the location is great with lots to do and see if you can drag the kids away from the pool. We had an amazing week and I would highly recommend the house and the company.”

“What a absolutely stunning house! The most perfect weekend was had by everyone...all the rooms were beautifully furnished and spacious to accommodate our whole family. Chilling in front of the log burners to relaxing in the bubbling hot tub, it was totally luxurious. The kitchen was so well equipped and gorgeously designed, you couldn’t help but to keep popping in to make another cuppa! or grab another bottle of bubbly from the wine chiller. I would definitely stay at The Old Rectory again, the only thing that would improve the experience would just be to stay longer. Bravo.... an excellent stay by all.”

“Cannot fault the service received by Sleep12.com and would recommend and use them again. However, on arrival at our chosen property we found that the pictures misrepresented the garden. This was extremely disappointing as the owners of a blind dog who requires a grassed surface and there was none! Perhaps when owners significantly change their properties whether inside or out this is updated on the website as soon as possible and prospective guests informed.”

Hi Jo, thank you for taking the time to leave you feedback following your stay at Walnut Arbour. The area at the front of the property was paved before your stay, creating a larger eating area, but it does remove the small area of grass that was there before. I hope this inconvenience did not detract from your stay.
