“The first time I’ve booked through Sleeps12.com....It’s one of the most helpful holiday letting companies I’ve used over 45 years! Nothing was too much trouble and an answer was always given even if it meant a return phone call. Will definitely go through them again.”

“Very happy with the entire booking service with Sleeps 12. The one down side: we experienced some gender discrimination with some house owners, in that they wanted a higher deposit for a stag do than they did a hen do, but that's the fault of the proprietor, not Sleeps 12. We booked a lovely house for a stag weekend and we would definitely use Sleeps 12 again should the occasion arise. Duncan”

“Excellent company to book a holiday with, we had a small hiccup to start with but was soon resolved and the property we eventually stayed in was first class A1, superb and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Can recommend this company unreservedly”

“Excellent choice of properties, ours (holemoor stables) was superb, exactly as pictured on the website, with no hidden ‘surprises’, very well equipped and perfect for our large family group. The Sleeps12 staff were very helpful, knowledgeable about the properties and answered all my questions promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sleeps12 again for a future gathering.”

“Very helpful from start to finish. Good choice of properties and superbly managed. Easy booking and the whole process from reservation, paying the deposit and then the balance quickly and easily processed. Email confirmation and any queries promptly answered. Will definitely choose Sleeps12.com again for a large group holiday, be it family or friends. Excellent.”
