“Wonderful holiday for families, we were from 2years old to 77 years old - no problem! Beautiful house and grounds, games room and outdoor play. The hot tub was a very big hit! We could find no fault.”

“We stayed at cockercombe for a week and had a fabulous time, a beautiful house with great facilities including the pool and table tennis as well as a wonderful play area for the children, we all really enjoyed it, within easy reach of nice places to visit and we all felt like we had all had a really nice break, fully recommend it and would be very happy to book the house again.”

“A truly welcoming and comfortable home that was bathed in glorious sunshine during our stay. The design and layout of the lounge with bifold doors leading out to the swimming pool and hot tub is perfect for entertaining. Plus the added bonus of the spectacular panoramic views (bring binoculars) makes this a very special property.”

“10/10. Three generations had an excellent week at Walnut Arbour. Everything was clean and tidy. The only thing that we could have done with was an umbrella for some shade from the sun because the weather was brilliant but there was no shortage of anything else. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

“Beaverbrook20 where we stayed was exceptional, the pool and games room were fantastic. Owners were happy for us to walk our dog in there adjoining fields. Property was fabulously equipped we had a great time, would highly recommend.”

“We are well used to high standards of service having travelled the world to places like the Far East and the US where good service is second nature. As an organization, Sleeps 12 is up there; inciteful, responsive and helpful. We would use them again.”

“our first time with you and i must say that the house, pool and hot tub was very clean and we all felt very comfortable in the current climate ,my partner had e mailed your office with a list of questions that she said they explained the current legislation and was happy that you had a full grasp of what to do thanks again Charlie”

“Foxcombe offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy Somerset. Its light airy and has plenty of activities to enjoy with garden activity and a lovely swimming pool. Sue was very helpful during our stay, thank you.”
