“I have been using sleeps12 for many years, and twice a year most years. We go on 3night weekend family & friends get togethers, and 3 night weekend all female get togethers. So far I have never been to the same house, as the choices are fantastic and it’s great to see new properties. We always a ‘must have’ agreement, which is hot tub, swimming pool/spa and games room. It is exciting every time a new addition is added to the sleeps 12 list, may we continue to be surprised! Thank you sleeps12 for a wonderful service and lovely holidays. Tammy Spence and at least 30 others! 😘😘”

“My fourth or fifth stay in one of your houses, the last twice in neighbouring houses. We’ve always been impressed with the quality and cleanliness of them! The first two (or three) times we stayed in Flossy Brook but I’m afraid my family outgrew it; the last time we were in Ham Bottom which has surpassed anywhere else. My family now consists of 2 ‘seniors’ 4 adults and 7 grandchildren (ranging in age from 2 to 15) and it was always possible to find a quiet spot. The smaller grandchildren especially enjoyed watching the television whilst having a bath! We can’t wait to go back again! Vernon Wheeler”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Website was easy to use and true descriptions of the house we stayed in. I cannot praise you all enough I had the best weekend away with friends celebrating my 50th birthday. Thank you I would definitely book through yourselves again and will be recommending your company to everyone 😄”

“This is our second stay at Wayside and again we had a wonderful holiday. with all the family and made lots of memories for both our children and grandchildren. We were met on arrival by Mel who was very helpful and friendly. The facilities are outstanding. The house was decorated with Christmas trees and it was an exciting start to the festive season.”

“We spent 3 nights celebrating my 50th birthday at Whitehaven with friends . The house is wonderful , 5 star and perfect for comfortably accommodating a large group . Would def recommend . We also used Harts Barn cookery school for a chef night - amazing food . And artful hen parties fir a fun activity .. it was a fabulous 3 days .”
