“A really easy process to book our stay and the property we stayed in was beautiful and met all our requirements. Sleeps 12 were also very good at keeping in touch and keeping me informed of my booking and answered any questions quickly and efficiently!”

“Sleeps12 is excellent. Always a pleasure to holiday with this companion . Been to fuzzy orchard and ham bottom about 7 or 8 times now . Holidayed in these 2 houses with about 60 different people over the years everyone of them loved the house. Just great.”

“Beautiful property and superb luxurious offering from the owners. We had our own dressing gowns, the hot tub was superb, the kitchen and dining area amazing! The options for the cinema room were excellent (sky movies etc) and we had plenty to keep us busy. The kids loved the pool table and Table football! The only tiny tiny disappointment was the lack of board games, which we didn't take as we thought there would be some there - so simply just advice to take your own!”

“Excellent property which fulfilled all our expectations. Lots of space for children, with great opportunities for hide and seek, and quiet corners for adults. The bedrooms were spacious and uncluttered, with lovely modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Lots of storage and workspace in the kitchen (could do with a light in the larder) and the configuration of the adjacent playroom meant that children could be supervised whilst we were preparing meals. Swimming pool a good size. We felt very welcomed by the owners with the Christmas decorations and the cake and biscuits, thank you, and we hope to spend another Christmas at Pound Farm in the future.”

“Sleeps 12 is a great place to find lovely holiday homes for large groups. We have found wonderful places through this website, plus communication with owners through the site has been quick and any issues resolved well and fast. Would definitely recommend.”

“Stayed at Holemoor Stables on the 20th December for three days. A pre Christmas family weekend. The property and everything about it was exceptional. The Family throughly enjoyed themselves. Worth every penny.”

“Brilliant stay at Viney hill, lovely spacious house with ample facilities and fully equipped with everything you need. Couldn't fault the house in any way. The pool was the highlight for both old and young for our family reunion . All furnishings and fittings of a very high standard. Owner Kay, was at hand and very welcoming. Love to go back, and probably will.”
