“A fantastic company. We have used them many times and each time their service has been excellent - and their prices very reasonable. All of the properties seem to be well researched and of an excellent quality so you always know what you are going to get - unlike a lot of their competitors! Highly recommended”

“Amazing weekend! The house we stayed in was beautiful and very accommodating for a large party of 12. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean with powerful showers. Beds were extremely comfortable and the double hot tub was perfect for us all to enjoy at once. Especially with the stunning views! I’m sure we will be returning!”

“We enjoyed our weekend away and the house catered to our needs. Spacious with lovely views of the country side and all enjoyed the peace and tranquility the place had to offer. We would definitely love to stay again.”

“What an amazing stag do away. The hosts were very welcoming, from the moment we arrived to the day we left. The views were stunning, even though the weather was rubbish. The house and pool were amazing and was a perfect way to cure a hangover in the morning. The bbq hut was a hit to cook our steaks on the Sunday to finish off the perfect weekend.”

“We had a fabulous break, 60th birthday weekend for 17 people. House is lovely, cosy, great kitchen so well equipped, all bedrooms wonderfully decorated and very comfy. Common areas suitable for full house occupation, loads of room for all to enjoy. Katie and James were extremely helpful and on hand if any queries. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“They have an excellent set of houses to rent for family get togethers. The website works very well to try to find both available dates and near misses. Communications about local amenities and services are very good as are reminders about payments and access.”

“Celebrated my 60th at Ham Bottom. Wow what a great house, had everything you could wish for, clean, well maintained and great views. Homemade cakes waiting for us on arrival. Just perfect and a great memory to take away with us. Thank you everyone at Sleeps 12 for making my 60th a week to remember 💖”

“The property fully met our expectations. We made good use of the hot tub and the BBQ lodge. The children from both families enjoyed the space afforded by the house and gardens whilst the parents (and grandparents) relaxed in front of the log burner each evening. It was a really lovely holiday!”
