“Wardrobes seems ok but the Customer Service and Sales are extremely unhelpful to the point of being rude. I was quoted 11K for across the wall of a double bedroom but then told they wouldn't meet what I required? Is isn't made to measure after all? The only time I received a response was when I copied another branch.”
“Tony the estimator and Sam the fitter are amazing. The rest of the company is not. Following a horrendous experience on fitting day, where they failed to arrive, horrific communication, from Sue, 30 mins after they were due to arrive I received a phone call to say we are not coming and a manager Pete who was at best rude. I wrote to the head office. They couldn't even be bothered to respond to a corporate complaint. I chased by telephone 3 times and eventually gave up and realised I had wasted my time and money. My best advice is to avoid this company at all costs”
