“Thought they were local in my area (their website says so) but were not. I told them upfront on the phone two weeks before the appointment that I wanted an estimate before approving the work. They arrived and gave me a very high cost so I declined service. They then called and tried to brow beat me into having it done anyway because their technician had driven 3 hours to get to me. I said their website said they were local and even gave an address but they said it was just marketing. Then they wanted me to compensate the technician for driving out to me and started yelling at me on the phone. I strongly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.”
