“If you need to sell your phone quickly, do it, but avoid using this company. After almost two weeks of waiting for a call, they finally reached out. However, during those few days, I was misled multiple times about when they would contact me. Today, I emailed them my phone number, only to receive a reply two hours later stating that I needed to confirm my phone number because it wasn't working, despite having done so numerous times before. But let's get to the point. Now, the person wants to pay me for the phone but is doing so under duress! They're demanding that I remove the review I left about their company. In the end, I'm taking my phone back, but I wonder how long I'll have to wait for the refund. I'm also curious about its condition upon return. I sent it to them brand new, never opened. Overall, do not trust this company under any circumstances.”

“Strongly advise against selling your phone through this company. They deceive by sending emails promising phone calls to confirm details and process payment, which they never do. They either claim to have called without doing so or fail to follow up altogether. To date, I have not been able to retrieve my phone or the £700 payment owed to me.”
“Sealed phone sent and they said wasn't in correct condition so offered me £200 rather than £335 quoted. It was new and sealed!
No reason has been given for the reduced price. The new price they've offered is below what they advertise as being for a "Good" phone on their site!

Now they have written to me that they can only sell the phone for £200 and that I need to pay for them to return it to me, despite their site stating:

“Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 in Pristine condition with original Samsung box and original Samsung charging cable. One day after ordering I received an email advising the chosen colour was unavailable. Waited a week before the phone was sent in the post.
It arrived in an envelope, no original Samsung box or charging cable and the phone was scuffed on all 4 sides.
Responses to my emails since have gone unanswered. The contact phone number listed on the website does not exist. Bad experience all round, don't fall for the cheap costs advertised.”
