Sealed phone sent and they said wasn't in correct condition so offered me £200 rather than £335 quoted. It was new and sealed! No reason has been given for the reduced price. The new price they've offered is below what they advertise as being for a "Good" phone on their site! And also on their site... If you are not completely satisfied with the revised offer, you can request to have the revised phone or device returned to you FREE of charge.
