Purchased a iPhone and initially had an issue with the sound but contacted customer service and they were extremely responsive and offered a refund or a replacement. As I wanted the phone I opted for a Replacement and received this and again the overall quality of the phone was excellent and I would be happy to recommend Smart Cellular not only for their quality of products but for the after sales service.
