“I have been paying almost 30 pounds per month on several appliances all nearly 10 years old.
Tried to make a claim today and was told if i did not have proof of purchase my claim would be declined.
Honestly, who on earth has proof of purchase for items after 10 years.
I've been paying for insurance that was never going to be honoured.
I left domestic and general for this company. Worst mistake i ever made. D@G don't make you have to provide proof of purchase, address, i.d., online signature etc.
