“I give 4 stars, although you have an excellent proxy service, some attendants are very rude and impatient, I have already had accounts blocked due to mistakes with lack of experience in payments via bitcoin ... I simply sent a non-compatible hash by mistake ( I didn't know what the exact hash was but I paid) and the clerk blocked my other account just like that.”

“Customer support is brilliant, online at no matter the time and always super helpful, 3am, 8am, 9pm, 11pm, they're always there to help and super informative and quick. Definitely recommend this service, although I do feel the pricing could be adjusted :)”

“Been using SP for over 6 months, giving 4* just for 2 issues; 1. Recent price hike 2. Some IP's have incorrect DNS, and you just have to keep switching until you get proper residential IP with DNS. The other services like uptime, speed, chat-support have been truly wonderful. No reason to leave them anyhow”
