“Avoid This Taxi Company at All Costs – Absolutely Disgraceful Service
If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a taxi and minutes before my scheduled pickup, they casually told me the driver would be 20 minutes late — no apology, no explanation. I told them I was going to miss my train, and they couldn’t care less. The attitude from their call center was shockingly rude and indifferent. Then, to top it all off, they HUNG UP on me mid-conversation.
This is not just bad service — it’s utter incompetence and disrespect for paying customers. I was left stranded, stressed, and had to pay a £85 taxi back to London at 1am due to missed train.”
