Don’t waste your time or money with this lot . Probably driving around in their Mercedes today laughing at your expense. Wrong lights delivered, returned for an exchange, recorded delivery. Have proof that item was signed for from post office . Tried to contact them but nothing. Asked for a full refund but nothing .

Xmas lights orderered 30 Nov - system showed in stock 5% first time discount could not be applied ? Paid extra for 1-2 working day delivery No email confirmation of order and as of 12 Dec no product delivered Numerous emails / texts / voice messages sent to SM but absolutely zero response Only got through once to the SM tel number and was told the lights were on back-order (hiow can they be when they are showing as in stock?) but was told all lights had now been packed up and sent out 1st class - so should have arrived 9 Dec latest .

I suspect this is a scam! I ordered an item, they took my money and promised delivery within 1 to 2 days. My delivery never arrived and they do not respond to emails or messages via their website. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal and we will see if Mr Sajid Majid issues a refund.

I ordered 5 x 25l bags of Miracle-Gro peat free lawn dressing on 4th April. The delivery charge meant it was supposed to arrive in 1-2 working days. I still have not received my order or any confirmation that it has been dispatched. They’ve taken the money but have not replied to emails or phone messages! Appalling customer service!!

There was no problem with delivery but trying to get a response to return fauly goods is a nightmare.

My emails were ignored and its been 9 days since I ordered some compost with a 3-5 working day delivery service.

Paid for product, chased up where delivery was and never received - disgraceful company and website - do not use them.

Payment was taken immediately and email confirmation of order was received (supposedly 3-5 day delivery) then item never arrived.

Placed an order 22/07/2021 - 3-5 working day delivery. Item not received. No dispatch notification. I have tried calling +++. Left voicemails. Sent emails and messaged on facebook all of which without response. Customer service is appalling and product is not received.
