Appalling customer service. Ordered a set of Christmas lights via B&Q website. Delivery company delivered to incorrect address. They admitted mistake and offered a refund. SM Direct refused to assist. They refused to give a customer service number and their limited responses via the B&Q site were rude and full of spelling errors with poor English. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ended up rejecting the order from Royal Mail, to which the owner Sajid Majid messaged me on WhatsApp, stating that he wasn’t happy and that I wouldn’t be getting a refund.

Don’t waste your time or money with this lot . Probably driving around in their Mercedes today laughing at your expense. Wrong lights delivered, returned for an exchange, recorded delivery. Have proof that item was signed for from post office . Tried to contact them but nothing. Asked for a full refund but nothing .

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I can't get a refund for the wrong item sent and then returned at a postage cost to me. Nearly two months later and nothing. They just don't respond to a procession emails. I would suggest that you avoid this company like the plague.

I suspect this is a scam!
I ordered an item, they took my money and promised delivery within 1 to 2 days. My delivery never arrived and they do not respond to emails or messages via their website. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal and we will see if Mr Sajid Majid issues a refund.

Customer service from this company is non existent!. I bought some basins from them but when they arrived they were totally the wrong size for what I needed so I sent them back. Supposed to get confirmation from them & a refund within 30 days!. 30 days have passed I've had nothing so I don't even know if they received them! Never again will I use this company.
