“I stupidly locked myself out (and my dog) on one of the few hot spells. I had no contact details of a locksmith until my neighbour came out with a phone number. A1 Luke's Locksmiths came out immediately. Within literally no more than 30 seconds he had the door open. He was clean, his van was clean and his price was way less than I thought it would be (he gave a quote on the phone but explained if I needed a new lock it would be more and even knew roughly how much more. Not a lot really.) And he even gave me a discount because he got the job through a referral. His phone number is now saved in my phone's contacts.
As it turned out, I didn't need a new lock and barrel. He checked to make sure the door was lockable and unlockable.
He also replaces window catches and door handles. Good to know.
