“I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this thermal water bottle. The handle broke on the very first day of school for my daughter, which is unacceptable for a product that should be durable.
She has used thermal bottles from other brands before and none of them ever broke like this.
This was supposed to be a special and happy moment, but instead it became a sad experience for her on her first day of school.
I expected much better quality.”
“Brought a volcano lamp which lasted one night took it back and was made to feel it was my fault even though I had followed all the instructions. Was also told it was only compatible with their batteries not Energiser ( says this no where on instructions ) They reluctantly replaced and I brought their smiggle brand batteries.
What do you know… it lasted one night again before not working. As I was made to feel so awful the first time I’m too embarrassed to return a second time. This is where they make their money! Not worth $50 and the shameful feeling of having done something wrong by returning. Smiggle Tweed Heads shocking!”
